We stayed two nights this last time with one night comped. Rooms are nice, very clean, not luxurious but comfortable and tasteful. Both times for concerts one there, and one in Baton Rouge (long drive but it was the weekend of the LSU game). You might expect parking to be more expensive when there’s an event, but this hotel really hikes its self-parking fees. If you’re in the self-parking garage for more than a day, the cost is $20 for each additional 24-hour period or portion thereof. You’ll pay a flat rate of $10 for up to two hours and then $20 for any amount of time between two and twenty-four hours. If you’re only visiting, you’ll need to pay a new valet fee if you leave and come back, so don’t retrieve your car until you’re sure you’re ready to leave for the day.įor non-hotel guests, the fee for the self-parking garage is still reasonable. Hotel guests who choose valet parking receive free in and out privileges during their stay. We say this because this fee may jump during events. Valet parking is also available, but both guests and non-guests are required to pay the same fee, which is usually around $20 for the entire day.
